Have your event with us
From Hens days to birthday parties, from anniversaries to new babies, SplashDaySpa is a great place to spend sometime relaxing with friends.
We accept cash or credit card and payment when booking is preferred. Minimum age for spa guests is 16. Please note payments via American Express or Diners Card will incur a 3% Credit Card Handling Fee.
When to arrive
To enjoy the full experience of your treatments, we suggest you arrive for your treatment 30 minutes before your Spa service begins, so you can slip on one of our comfortable robes, sip some herbal tea and allow you time to relax in the lounge and enjoy our bath house. For men, we recommend you shave at least 3 hours before a facial treatment. All treatments are completed as scheduled, so please be aware that if you arrive late, your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
What to Wear
Please wear comfortable clothing to the spa. We will provide a robe, towel, slippers and locker for you plus a range of amenities. Please bring your swim wear if you intend to use the pools. During treatments, you may wear underwear if you prefer. Our therapists are trained to drape you and protect your privacy at all times. We also suggest that you do not bring valuables and jewellery.
In the spa
The spa is an area of relaxation and tranquility. We ask that you respect other guests right to privacy and quiet. Please leave your mobile phone or pager turned off in your locker.
Cancellation/Postponement
SplashDaySpa needs 12 working hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee being charged (50% of treatment price) Unfortunately if you do not let us know then a 100% charge will apply. This also applies to Gift Vouchers
ParkingWonder where to park? The chevron renaissance has ample parking right at SplashDaySpa's door. All guests of SplashDaySpa receive 2 hours free parking in the Chevron Renaissance car park. (enter right via Gold Coast highway heading north at brown sign saying "Infinity")
Special requirements
The SplashTeam is happy to assist with any special requirements you may have. Please inform us early so that your day is relaxing and calming.
Medical conditions
Please inform your spa receptionist and spa therapist of any health concerns that you may have when making your booking and when completing your client card. Our expert therapists can correctly advise on special conditions.
Pregnancy
We recommend that you wait until your second trimester to enjoy massage and body therapies and there will be some spa therapies that you will not be able to experience during your pregnancy, however you can relax and enjoy skin therapies and hand and foot therapies at any time during your pregnancy. Please inform reception upon your time of booking regarding your pregnancy. We are happy to advise you on suitable treatments for you during this special time.
